Verify and update patient information during each interaction; enter accurate documentation in the electronic medical record. Provide accurate information regarding services, insurance, office policies and procedures to clients/customers. Triage calls and messages and route to the appropriate department or team member. Other related duties as assigned. Part‑time role - 24 hours. Shifts 1:00p-9:30p Mon, Tues, and Fri. Qualifications Education, Licensure and Certifications, Related Work Experience: High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum of one (1) year of experience in a medical office or healthcare call center Other specialized skills and knowledge necessary to perform this job (e.g., basic accounting principles, computer skills and software, specific healthcare processes, interpersonal, communication): Proficient in computer application skills, including EHR/EMR, and utilization of common office equipment Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills Efficient at multi‑tasking, and ability to remain calm under pressure.
