Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify the unique needs of each client, crafting personalized treatment plans based on professional guidelines and client feedback. \n
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, tailored to individual client circumstances. \n
- Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, helping participants connect with others facing similar challenges while fostering a sense of community and shared experience. \n
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients. \n
- Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate and effective support during mental health emergencies. \n
- Educate clients about their mental health conditions, treatment modalities, and available community resources to enhance understanding and self-advocacy. \n
- Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards while utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively. \n
- Engage actively in case consultations, team meetings, and other professional development opportunities to foster personal and organizational growth. \n
- Stay informed about the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment to continuously enhance therapeutic practices. \n

Qualifications\n- \n
- A master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required. \n
- Must hold current and valid licensure as an LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor) in Washington State. \n
- Proven expertise in the areas of mental health disorders and evidence-based therapeutic modalities. \n
- Experienced in conducting comprehensive assessments and developing effective treatment plans. \n
- Proficient in providing individual and group therapy, enhancing social support and coping mechanisms among diverse populations. \n
