The role will involve working with a 30-bed unit, providing specialized nursing care in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Provide care for patients with chest pain, cardiac diagnoses, PCI, and general medical conditions
• Perform IV starts, tube management, and dressing changes
• Administer wound care and manage drips, CIWA, and COWS protocols
• Collaborate with PCA/CNA, HUC, charge nurses, phlebotomy, and RT available 24/7

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, NIHSS certifications (CPI provided in orientation)
• Experience with EMR (Cerner), IV Pump (Plum 360), and Med Dispensing (Omnicell)
