Pay: $20.00 per hour

Work Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 am – 5:00 pm

Position Summary:

As a Vendor Merchandiser Inventory Specialist, you will be responsible for transporting bins of hardware to and from client sites, scanning and processing inventory, and picking and packing orders for the next day. This role also requires operating **sit-down forklifts, reach trucks, and cherry pickers **within the warehouse to move and stage materials.

You will be the face of the company while visiting customers, so professionalism and excellent customer service skills are essential.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:

• Drive a company truck to deliver hardware bins to customer locations and pick up bins from the previous day

• Handle 50–60 bins per day, involving frequent lifting and movement

• Scan returned inventory, pick and pack orders, and prep for the next delivery cycle

• Operate **sit-down forklift, reach truck, and cherry picker **to move, stage, and organize inventory

• Maintain accuracy in order fulfillment and inventory records

• Represent the company in a professional and courteous manner at all times

• Follow all safety and driving regulations

• Communicate with internal teams and customers as needed

• Perform additional warehouse or delivery-related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Clean driving record is required

• Forklift experience required (sit-down, reach truck, and cherry picker)

• Previous experience in inventory, delivery driving, or merchandising preferred

• Strong physical stamina and ability to lift/move bins repeatedly throughout the day

• Reliable, punctual, and dependable

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

Skills Required:

• Ability to lift and carry bins (up to 50 lbs.) repeatedly throughout the shift

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Experience operating multiple types of forklifts safely

• Basic computer/scanning skills for inventory tracking

• Professional appearance and demeanor

• Ability to work independently and maintain a consistent schedule
