Salary: $150,000 - $235,000 + Equity

Founded by experienced entrepreneurs, healthcare operators, and AI researchers, the company is creating purpose-built technology designed to improve patient outcomes, increase provider efficiency, and modernize mental healthcare delivery at scale. With significant funding, enterprise customers, and strong market momentum, they are expanding their engineering team to support rapid growth.
What You Will Do

• Build and ship user-facing web and mobile experiences used by patients and healthcare providers
• Develop and maintain backend services powering core product functionality
• Own product development from concept through deployment and iteration
• Partner with product, design, clinical, and engineering teams to deliver impactful features
• Conduct user research and gather customer feedback to inform product decisions
• Design scalable systems and infrastructure supporting a growing user base
• Build and improve APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities
• Help shape technical direction, architecture, and engineering best practices

Ideal Candidate Background

• 6+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience
• Strong frontend expertise with React and modern web technologies
• Experience building both backend infrastructure and frontend product experiences
• Proven track record delivering products from 0→1 and scaling them successfully
• Experience working in both startup and larger-scale engineering environments
• Strong product instincts and empathy for end users
• Ability to operate independently and thrive in ambiguous environments
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred

• Experience with React Native and mobile application development
• Experience with Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, Python, and REST APIs
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Firebase, AWS, or GCP
• Experience building communication-heavy products (messaging, audio, video, collaboration tools)
• Experience in healthcare, healthtech, behavioral health, or mission-driven products
• Combination of startup and Big Tech experience
• Strong product thinking and user-centered design mindset

Compensation and Benefits

• Competitive base salary: $150,000 - $235,000
• Meaningful equity package (typically 0.30%-0.70%)
