Job Opportunity: Pediatric Infectious Disease Physician

Our organization, located in Bangor, Maine , is in search of a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Infectious Disease physician . This position is part-time at 0.5 FTE, with the possibility of increasing hours through collaboration with our hospitalist team if desired.

The Pediatric Infectious Disease specialist will primarily function as a consultative service, collaborating with our pediatric sub-specialties and inpatient units. This includes our 6-bed Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU), and pediatric ward. Additionally, outpatient support will be provided for referrals from our newborn medicine and general pediatrics services.
