Responsibilities

As our customer service representative, you will:

-Welcome applicants and help process applications

-Answer a busy multi-line phone system,

-Process new applicants along with a variety of additional administrative duties.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

- Minimum of 1 year of office customer service experience or hospitality experience

- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and be able to key a minimum of 40 WPM

- Bilingual is preferred
