Concrete Cutting Trainee (Full-Time) (43026)

The Concrete Cutting Trainee supports experienced operators by performing general labor duties while gaining hands-on training in core drilling, concrete sawing, cutting, and concrete removal. Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist with cutting, sawing, lifting, and core drilling of concrete under supervision.
• Operate and maintain company equipment, including vehicles, tools of the job such as: diamond blades, flat saws, core drills, wall saws, jackhammers, etc.
• Ensure regular inspection, basic maintenance, security, and cleanliness of all company equipment.
• Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Support the setup and breakdown of job sites, ensuring proper equipment organization and readiness.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure project success.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
