Assistant Property Manager

You'll work closely with our property management team to help deliver outstanding living experiences for our residents while supporting the daily operations of a growing portfolio of residential communities. Responsibilities Support the daily operations of one or more residential communities. Deliver exceptional service to residents, prospective residents, vendors, and team members. Assist with leasing, resident communications, and move-in/move-out coordination. Coordinate maintenance requests and ensure timely follow-up.Maintain accurate records and administrative documentation. Conduct property inspections and help uphold community standards. Assist with resident events, marketing initiatives, and community engagement. Support special projects and contribute wherever needed. Qualifications We're looking for someone with a strong work ethic, excellent judgment, and a genuine desire to build a career in property management. Preferred qualifications include: Experience in customer service, office administration, hospitality, real estate, multifamily housing, or property management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Confidence managing multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. li> Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with AppFolio is a plus.
