IT Support Specialist - Nampa

Installs, maintains and troubleshoots standard hardware and software on Terry Reilly computer systems. Minimum Qualifications Experience with Windows Clients, Microsoft Office, and basic AD concepts. Proven customer service skills and ability to follow up, multitask, and prioritize. Strong organizational skills, attention to details and follow-up skills. Self-starter and a problem solver. Capable of working with minimal supervision. Preferred Qualifications Experience providing user support for Microsoft Windows and Windows-based applications. Experience maintaining and repairing computer hardware.
