How you’ll make an impact in this role

• Lead with empathy and clinical expertise to drive positive patient outcomes and ensure a high standard of care throughout the unit.

• Create strong, collaborative relationships with the multidisciplinary team to eliminate barriers in the patient care process.

• Support the integrity of the medical record by documenting the patient's progress with accuracy, providing a clear and reliable history for the entire clinical team.

• Coordinate complex care logistics, from daily orders to long-term discharge planning, acting as the vital link between the patient and their health goals.

What minimum requirements you’ll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• BLS Provider obtained within 1 Month (30 days) of hire date or job transfer date required. American Heart Association or American Red Cross accepted.
• Registered Nurse credentialed from the Indiana Board of Nursing obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Diploma from an accredited school/college of nursing OR Required professional licensure at time of hire required.

What additional preferences we're seeking

BSN in nursing, with 1-2 years in procedural or Critical Care Unit.
