Packaging Machine Operator

We are seeking reliable Packaging Machine Operators to join a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in Denver. This position is responsible for operating and monitoring packaging equipment, ensuring product quality, maintaining production efficiency, and supporting a safe and clean work environment.

Pay: $24.00 - $26.00/hour

Location: Denver, CO

Shifts Available: Night Shift

• Operate and monitor packaging machinery to ensure efficient production
• Set up, adjust, and troubleshoot packaging equipment as needed
• Package finished products according to company standards
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Load packaging materials and supplies into machines
• Monitor production processes and report equipment or quality issues
• Complete basic production and packaging documentation
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas
• Follow all food safety, GMP, and company procedures
• Assist with general production and warehouse duties as needed

• Previous machine operating, manufacturing, production, or food processing experience preferred
• Mechanical aptitude and ability to learn packaging equipment operation
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the shift
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow safety policies and work instructions

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Denver, CO.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
