Diagram and evaluate existing processes Develop metrics for process measurement Collect data to identify root causes of problems Measure performance against process requirements Align improvements to performance shortfalls Survey and analyze best practices for techniques and processes Develop business cases supporting projects or programs Analyze, review and create executive-level reporting Complete three nine-month rotations, totaling approximately 18 months Lead projects across various Operations and Supply Chain functions at Philips Operations Requirements MBA required; upcoming graduate, with concentration in operations preferred Background in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, or similar 3+ years business experience Knowledge of medical products and markets is a plus Structured, process and result oriented way of working Project management experience is a plus Ability to build and manage relationships, partners and networks within the organization Ability to assume responsibility for tasks without prompting or direction Comfortable interacting with middle, senior and executive management Must successfully perform the minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation US work authorization is required Must not require sponsorship for a work-authorized visa, now or in the future Must reside in or within commuting distance to Murrysville, PA; Nashville, TN; or Cambridge, MA Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in process evaluation, performance measurement, and project management within Operations and Supply Chain.
