Creative Lead, Copy & Social Concepts

THE OPPORTUNITY

We’re looking for a Creative Lead, Copy & Social Concepts to help turn strategy into breakthrough social-first ideas. This person is a high-volume conceptor, sharp writer, and social-native creative who can generate campaign ideas, scripts, hooks, content formats, creator concepts, and pitch-worthy creative platforms. You’ll partner with our strategy, account, media, and production teams to take strategic inputs and translate them into ideas that feel fresh, ownable, platform-native, and executable. This is a hands-on creative role for someone who loves the blank page, thinks in scripts and formats, and can make brands feel more entertaining, human, and culturally fluent on social platforms.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

Social-First Concepting & Big Ideas Develop campaign concepts, social ideas, content franchises, recurring formats, and creator-led executions Turn strategic inputs into a high volume of sharp, usable creative ideas Bring fresh thinking to how brands can show up across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and emerging platforms Copy, Scripts & Content Development Write scripts, hooks, headlines, social copy, creator prompts, campaign lines, and concept descriptions Create ideas that are built for short-form video, paid social, organic social, creator partnerships, and content series Help shape brand voice, tone, and storytelling across social-first creative work Partner with our Creative Lead, Production to move ideas from concept to production Provide clear creative direction to editors, designers, producers, and creator partners Review scripts, edits, storyboards, and content concepts to make the work sharper and more effective Pitches & Client Work Contribute big ideas and creative territories for new business pitches and existing client opportunities Present creative concepts clearly and confidently, explaining the idea, why it works, and how it comes to life Help clients see how their brand can behave more like a creator — not just advertise on social

WHO YOU ARE

A copy-led creative with strong social instincts and a high creative metabolism Someone who can generate 20 ideas, kill 15 of them, and quickly sharpen the best 5 Fluent in internet culture, creator behavior, short-form video, memes, trends, and platform-native storytelling Equally comfortable writing a script, naming a campaign, building a content series, or pitching a weird idea in a deck Strong taste, strong writing, and a clear point of view on what makes social content actually work Built for a boutique: you move fast, make ideas tangible, and want to help build something special

EXPERIENCE & SKILLS

Required 5+ years in copywriting, creative concepting, social creative, content creative, or a related agency/brand role Portfolio of social-first ideas, campaigns, scripts, content series, creator concepts, or brand-building creative work Strong writing ability across scripts, headlines, hooks, social copy, concept descriptions, and pitch decks Deep fluency in TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Meta, and emerging social formats Ability to collaborate with strategy, account, media, production, design, and creator teams Bonus Agency or social-first creative studio experience Performance creative or paid social background Experience concepting for franchise, multi-location, DTC, restaurant, lifestyle, wellness, or creator-led brands Experience working directly with creators, influencers, editors, or production teams #J-18808-Ljbffr PlusUp
