Investment Banking Associate

A leading middle-market investment bank is seeking an Investment Banking Associate to join its growing team. The firm advises founder-owned and privately held businesses on mergers & acquisitions, capital raises, and strategic advisory assignments across Healthcare, Technology, Industrials, Consumer, and Business Services. This is an opportunity to work on high-impact transactions in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with significant exposure to senior bankers, clients, and live deal execution. Associates play a critical role throughout the transaction process and are given substantial responsibility from day one.
