About the Role As an RBT, you will work directly with children diagnosed with autism, providing 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy that supports their growth, independence, and everyday skills. You will follow individualized treatment plans created by a supervising BCBA and help bring those plans to life through structured, hands-on therapy sessions. This includes supporting skill development, helping reduce challenging behaviors, and encouraging positive daily routines.
