Job Description Summary:

One-year recent acute care RN experience

Responsibilities And Duties:

Assessment/Diagnosis - Performs initial, ongoing, and functional health status assessment as applicable to the population and or individual (30%).Outcomes Identification/Planning - Based on nursing diagnoses and collaborative problems, documents planned nursing interventions to achieve outcomes appropriate to patient needs (30%).Implementation/Evaluation - Evaluates and documents response to nursing interventions and achievement of outcomes at appropriately determined intervals; as part of a multidisciplinary team, revises plan of care based on evaluative data (20%).Leadership - Actively participates in process improvement activities to achieve targeted measures of clinical quality, customer satisfaction, and financial performance (10%).Operations (10%).As a High Reliability Organization (HRO), responsibilities require focus on safety, quality and efficiency in performing job duties. Minimum Qualifications:

Associate's DegreeACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support - American Heart Association, BLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, PALS - Pediatric Advanced Life Support - American Heart Association
