Physical Therapist (New Graduates Accepted)

Locations: Panama City & Panama City Beach, FL
Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM; flexible schedule available
Setting: Outpatient Orthopedics

Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Physical Therapist (DPT) to join a PT-owned outpatient rehabilitation practice in Panama City and Panama City Beach. New graduates are welcome.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients from adolescents to seniors

• Develop individualized treatment plans and monitor progress

• Provide manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and evidence-based orthopedic care

• Educate patients and caregivers on treatment and home programs

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation

• Collaborate with patients, referral sources, and clinical team members

• Participate in continuing education and professional development

Qualifications:

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) required

• Active Florida PT license required

• Orthopedic/outpatient experience or strong interest in orthopedic rehabilitation

• Knowledge of manual therapy and therapeutic exercise

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

• New graduates encouraged to apply
