Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) - PRN.

Location: Beaumont and the surrounding area.

What Your Days Will Look Like:

• Manage a caseload of hospice patients in the Beaumont area.
• Provide compassionate, skilled nursing care in patients' homes.
• Complete visits, admissions, recerts, and documentation.
• Collaborate with a supportive interdisciplinary team.
• Help patients and families navigate end-of-life care with dignity.
• Chart in real time using a provided tablet.

What We're Looking For:

• Texas RN license.
• Hospice or home health experience preferred (we will train the right nurse).
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.
• Reliable transportation for local travel.
• A nurse with heart, compassion, and independence.
