SUMMARY

The Senior Project Manager leads the planning and execution of the project throughout its life cycle. Responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects in a timely manner and within budget and scope. Manage all aspects of projects, set deadlines, assign responsibilities and monitor and summarize progress of project.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. This position will lead and/or participate in the following activities to plan, analyze and execute against the product strategy, product lines, roadmaps, portfolio, programs, projects, business cases and requirements. Drive the strategic and operational planning for projects Coordinate resources for the execution of the project Lay out the definition of the project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility Ensure resource availability and allocation. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification tools. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long‑term goals Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis Establish forecasting and measurement to ensure all adoption, efficiency and financial objectives are met. Ensure all projects are delivered on‑time, within scope and within budget.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND/OR ABILITIES

Excellent client‑facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Proven ability to drive and deliver results.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES

Will initially lead and manage the Onboarding Team. This may be temporary or permanent – depending on progress and appetite.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree in business, management or related field required 15+ years’ experience in project management

PHYSICAL DEMAND

Ability to sit at a computer for long periods of time in office environment well lit. Ability to lift up to 20 pounds. Position is located in Atlanta, GA office. Must be able to work in the office during scheduled work hours.
