Join us in this impactful role and help deliver the production of feed in a sustainable way to a growing population. **Own your direction, Own your development and Own your path.****What you’ll do** You’ll **Own It** by taking end‐to‐end responsibility for accurate and timely quality control and in‐process testing of incoming materials, in‐process production, and finished products. Following established test protocols and SOPs, you’ll proactively identify, document, and escalate deviations and trends, ensuring data integrity and compliance with applicable quality and food/feed safety standards (including ISO 9001/17025). You’ll record results in quality systems, support continuous improvement initiatives, and collaborate closely with internal teams and external testing partners to ensure critical quality data is shared and acted upon.**Who we’re looking for** We’re looking for a detail‐driven quality professional who truly Owns It—someone who takes accountability for safety, data integrity, and compliance while working both independently and collaboratively. You bring a strong foundation in food or feed quality, are comfortable analysing data and identifying trends, and communicate issues early and clearly. You value accuracy, structure, and continuous improvement, and you take pride in contributing to safe, compliant, and high‐quality products that support our purpose of Feeding the Future.**You’ll also need*** Bachelor’s degree in food science, biology, or chemistry preferred, but **relevant working experience in a related field will also be accepted**, ideally with hands‐on experience performing quality control procedures. Food manufacturing experience preferred. HACCP and/or PCQI certification is an asset.* Quality & compliance: Working knowledge of food and/or feed safety regulations and quality management systems.* Technical & analytical capability: Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyse data, identify trends, and escalate non‐conformities appropriately.* Core competencies: An “Own It” mindset with high accountability for data integrity and safety; ability to work independently and as part of a team; clear documentation and communication skills; fluent English (written and spoken); strong proficiency in MS Office; solid math and deductive reasoning skills; excellent organizational and time‐management abilities.* Ability to follow instructions and procedures* Team‐oriented approach* High attention to detail* Ability to multi‐task in a production environment**What you’ll receive**As part of Nutreco, you’ll be a member of the SHV family, a diverse group of companies with global footprint.
