Certified Substance Use Counselor - Community Health

Family Health Centers of San Diego

Family Health Centers of San Diego seeks a Substance Use Disorder Counselor to provide substance abuse counseling, crisis intervention, and community resource coordination. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, certification from a California SUD certifying agency, and at least 1 year of counseling experience. The counselor will develop care plans, provide educational support, and document patient interactions in compliance with standards.
