What you’ll do Ensure club pickup orders are filled by notifying members when pick-up times are delayed, informing members when products are unavailable, offering alternatives, ensuring items are packaged according to policy, and resolving member issues. Promote the company’s products and services and assist with pickups. Maintain safety of the facility by conducting safety checks, handling merchandise per procedures, and reporting unsafe situations to management. Provide member service by acknowledging members, assisting with purchasing decisions, processing purchases, handling payments according to policy, using cash registers, locating and organizing merchandise, and maintaining cart and parking lot availability. Comply with company policies and ethics by applying related action plans and the Open Door Policy. Complete work assignments by using policies and data, collaborating with managers and coworkers, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to change and feedback.
