Home Health Aide

We are looking for a Home Health Aide to join our team and help our patients remain comfortable, at home .

You Will:

• Provide quality supportive services to patients in their homes.
• Provide personal care services assigned by a nurse that includes, but is not limited to bathing, shampooing, skincare, oral hygiene and dressing.
• Perform and record measurements of patient's vital signs as instructed.
• Perform household services including but not limited to meal prep, feeding, laundry and light housekeeping.
• Report observed or reported changes in the patient's condition and/or needs.
• Provide instruction and education when appropriate to patients and family members on techniques for personal care.

What We Need from You:

• A commitment to helping our home health patients remain comfortable, at home.
• Successful completion of a formal home health aide training program with a minimum of 75 hours of instruction.
• Active STNA License Required 
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Demonstrated compassion, empathy and strong customer service skills.
• Current CPR certification.
• A minimum of six months experience in a home environment performing personal care activities along with household services.
• Reliable transportation, with a valid driver's license, insurance and registration to travel in assigned territories.
• A completed and successful TB test, physical examination and a criminal background check.
