Plastic Process Technician

Trillium Staffing has a tremendous opportunity for process technicians to join an established and growing manufacturer in the Berlin/Millersport area!

Process technicians will be responsible for set-up and operations of injection molding, injection blow molding and injection stretch blow molding equipment and will perform mold changes, adjustments while resolving process issues including material flow, temperature control and cycle times.

Process tech pay rate - $33.10-$33.70

$2/hr. shift differential for all hours outside of 7am-3pm!!

Shifts:

1. 1st - 7am-3pm Mon-Fri
2. 2nd - 3pm-11pm Mon-Fri
3. 3rd - 11pm-7am Mon-Fri

To be successful in this role the process techs will have:

• 2-5 yrs experience as process tech in similar plastics manufacturing environment
• Extensive knowledge of injection molding (PIM)
• Experience with multiple cavity injection molds
• Experience performing mold changes
• Knowledge of MATTEC
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs individually and 200 lbs in team lift
• Good math skills
