Junior Electronic Technician

Our solutions enable critical mission system capabilities and increase naval stealth on submarine and surface ship platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesTest and troubleshoot electronic products to component and sub-assembly level utilizing schematics and standard proceduresAbility to read drawings and schematicsSet up test equipment and follow test proceduresUse test and measurement equipment including voltmeter, oscilloscopes, Hi-Pot meter, IR meter, power supplies, milliohm meter, LCR, and other automatic and standard test equipmentProvide technical assistance to assemblersRecommends process improvements if necessaryUtilizes written or visual instructions as neededProvides written and/or oral communication in reference to test and troubleshooting findingsKeeps workstation, tools and equipment in a neat and orderly mannerCompliance with Quality Management System proceduresRequired Skills2+ years of experience in the electronic/electrical industryHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredThis position requires either a US Person or a non-US Person who is eligible to obtain any required Export AuthorizationDesired SkillsAssociate or bachelor's degree desirablePower conversion/power supply experience desirableMust be able to read and interpret schematics and/or diagramsSafety driven individualExperience with Analog and Digital power circuitsSelf- starter with excellent communication skillsStrong computer skillsSome travel required.
