They also guide patients in selecting adaptive equipment when needed. This PRN role works day shifts as required and integrates company values into daily practice.Assess patients, set goals, and adjust treatment plansPlan discharges and communicate with patients and caregiversCollaborate with care teams to coordinate treatmentEnsure safety and follow infection control standardsQualifications - What We're Looking For Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist is required.
