Responsibilities As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy. You are the healer and helper who addresses the whole patient, designs programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance their physical abilities and independence, and remains adaptable to patient needs. You collaborate with peers and refer patients when additional care is required, while training patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards. Initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy. Valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice. Salary USD $40.00 – $49.00 per hour. #J-18808-Ljbffr
