Certified Peer Support Specialist

HEALTH CONNECT AMERICA, INC is seeking a Certified Peer Support Specialist to provide recovery-oriented support to individuals and families receiving behavioral health services. In this role, you will use your lived experience to offer hope, model recovery, and empower clients in home, office, and community settings. Responsibilities include facilitating groups, assisting with treatment and safety plans, linking clients to community resources, and supporting crisis de‑escalation. You will collaborate closely with clinicians and community partners, maintain accurate documentation, and promote client-centered, trauma‑informed care aligned with our mission of improving lives.
