Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct in-depth, culturally sensitive mental health assessments to comprehend the individual experiences of clients, leading to the development of personalized treatment plans. \n
- Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions customized for each patient, reflecting their unique cultural and personal circumstances. \n
- Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions aimed at addressing mental health issues, fostering resilience, and enhancing overall well-being. \n
- Collaborate closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other members of the healthcare team to provide coordinated, comprehensive care tailored to patient needs. \n
- Provide immediate crisis intervention and support for clients experiencing mental health emergencies, ensuring a minimum level of disruption to their daily lives. \n
- Educate clients and their families regarding mental health conditions, treatment options, and available community resources, reinforcing a proactive approach to mental wellness. \n
- Maintain confidential and accurate patient documentation in strict compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards. \n
- Participate actively in case conferences, team meetings, and ongoing training focused on cultural competency and clinical best practices. \n
- Stay abreast of the latest research developments and methodologies in mental health to continually enhance the quality of care provided. \n
You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals from various cultural, ethnic, and socio-economic backgrounds. Our focus extends to serving marginalized groups who may be hesitant to seek mental health services elsewhere. By employing culturally responsive therapy techniques, you can significantly improve the mental health outcomes for these underserved populations.
Qualifications\n- \n
- A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution. \n
- A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Arizona. \n
- A strong understanding of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies, with a focus on cultural competence in therapy. \n
- Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy, utilizing inclusive practices to actively engage clients. \n
- Established crisis intervention skills coupled with the ability to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. \n
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build meaningful connections with clients from all walks of life. \n
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technologies to effectively document patient progress and sessions. \n
- A commitment to professional ethics, maintaining client confidentiality, and professional boundaries. \n
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment. \n

- Experience providing services via telehealth platforms is highly desirable. \n
- Additional certifications in trauma-informed care or culturally specific therapies are beneficial. \n
The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
