Affordable Housing Compliance Specialist

Ovation is seeking a Compliance Specialist to manage affordable housing certifications such as LIHTC, HUD, Bond and HOME across its properties. The role emphasizes timely responses to audits, file reviews, and ensuring regulatory adherence across the portfolio. Qualifications include knowledge of LIHTC, HOME, Fair Housing and related regulations, plus certifications such as TCS/HCCP/SHCM. Proficiency with RealPage OneSite and MS Office is essential, with strong communication and organizational #J-18808-Ljbffr Ovation
