Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing staff, including hiring, training, and evaluating performance

• Develop and implement effective care plans, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards

• Coordinate and participate in multidisciplinary care planning and patient conferences

• Foster a positive and respectful work environment, promoting open communication and collaboration among team members

• Monitor and report on patient care quality and safety metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions

• Collaborate with the administration team to develop and implement policies, procedures, and quality improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field (or equivalent experience)

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a long-term care or acute care setting

• Active nursing license in the state of Tennessee (RN/LPN)

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
