As a Customer Relations Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Jake Webster - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues.
• Maintain client records and update information as needed.
• Handle the agency's social media accounts.
• Assist with planning local community events.
• Provide excellent customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in customer service preferred.
• Ability to multi-task.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented.

Compensation: $30,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
