responsibilities:

• Assist the upstream innovation team in developing skincare product formulas, including creams, lotions, serums, and gels.
• Batch formulation trials in the lab to evaluate texture, stability, aesthetics, and performance.
• Set up and monitor stability protocols to ensure high product quality.
• Inspect formula specifications, including color, odor, appearance, viscosity, pH, and microscopy.
• Collaborate with cross-functional support teams (analytical, microbiology, processing engineers) to support product development.
• Multitask across various stages of the formulation process and manage multiple concurrent projects.

qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.
• Strong interest in the cosmetic industry.
• Computer literacy and excellent communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Collaborative team player with a positive attitude and an intellectual curiosity to learn.
