Schedule: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

We're seeking an Accounting Representative in Redlands who enjoys tracking payments, logging transactions, and helping the team stay on top of deadlines. Organized? Detail-obsessed? You're exactly who we want.


What's Required to Get Started

• 1+ years of experience in accounting support (Accounts payable experience working with a high volume of transactions)
• Strong data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality
• Effective organizational and time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills with internal and external customers across phone, email, and Microsoft Teams, with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite; ability to use a variety of online systems
• High school diploma or equivalent
• SAP or similar ERP experience

What You'll Take On


In this role within our Accounting Department-supporting either our Accounts Payable or Property Accounting team-you will leverage your problem-solving and organizational abilities to prepare, process, and maintain accurate accounts payable records. You will also pitch in with general office tasks that keep the workflow steady and organized.
