Senior Website Designer – Remote Qualified is the PipelineAI platform for B2B companies worldwide. The Marketing team is looking for a seasoned pro to fill the role of Senior Web Designer, designing best‑in‑class websites, landing pages, event registration pages, and microsites. Key Responsibilities An eye for detail: pixel‑perfect image optimization, alt tags, SEO, and social share images. Expertise in design language and ability to work under pressure in a fast‑paced team. Bridge the gap between creative and strategic problem‑solving and web experience. Design consistent experiences across our web properties and contribute to the buildout of new pages. Support requests from other teams in updating site content and ensure consistency across all pages. Find areas of improvement and propose new and better solutions. Required Knowledge & Skills Experienced knowledge of Web design, UX & UI. Strong visual design skills with an eye for detail. Four or more years designing websites within a team environment. Experience designing responsive websites. Strong command of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Webflow. Familiarity with SaaS companies and lifecycle marketing approaches. Experience creating web animation & interactions. Experience working with product marketers, creative teams, developers, and a solid understanding of the creative process. Proven track record working with teams across multiple departments (cross‑functional groups a plus). Ability to communicate clearly.
