Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Job Description

• We are seeking a Warehouse Associate to support our Operations team.
• This role involves picking, packing, and shipping products, as well as supporting inventory management, kit assembly, and dispensing operations.
• The Warehouse Associate will play a key role in maintaining quality and operational standards to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Document lot numbers and quantities on invoices.
• Coordinate with Customer Service and Manufacturing teams regarding inventory availability.
• Notify management of product shortages.
• Package and ship products according to established guidelines.
• Process replacement and back orders.
• Monitor packaging supplies and inventory levels.
• Receive and unload materials.
• Perform housekeeping duties in assigned areas.
• Assemble product kits and subassemblies.
• Operate semi-automated dispensing, capping, and labeling equipment.
• Maintain production documentation, lot records, and batch records.
• Assist with inventory monitoring and equipment maintenance.

Essential Skills

• Experience in picking, packing, shipping, inventory management, and kitting.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Two or more years of shipping/manufacturing experience in the biotech, pharmaceutical, diagnostics, food, or chemical industries.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately.
• Manual dexterity for kit assembly and product dispensing.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience working in a scientific or production environment preferred.
• Ability to lift 30–40 pounds regularly and stand for extended periods.

Work Environment

• This position operates in a warehouse setting with a first shift schedule, Monday through Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.
• The environment requires standing for extended periods and involves manual tasks.

This is a Contract position based out of Tustin, CA.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
