Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room RN to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering acute patient care, stabilizing trauma cases, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions promptly upon arrival and determine priority of care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, adjusting care plans as needed.
• Document patient care activities precisely in accordance with facility protocols.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN license in good standing.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in emergency or acute care settings.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
• Strong assessment and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure during night shifts.
