Perform a wide variety of routine and advanced imaging procedures utilizing an assortment of radiographic equipment, computers, and detectors. Set up the imaging room to coincide with the examination being performed to include the use of proper isolation precautions when needed. Provide basic maintenance and repairs and participate in quality assurance. Resolve issues related to image processing and the image archiving system. Work collaboratively with staff to prioritize and organize schedules and triage routine and emergent procedures. Experience with special equipment including GE CT, Canon Insight, and Ulrich injector is preferred. Applicants must be able to float as needed if required by staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have experience in a trauma level facility, preferably level I or II. Testing may be required before starting, including a telemetry exam with specific passing criteria. The testing criteria will include identifying lethal rhythms and passing scores on pediatric examinations. Failure to meet standards after three attempts will result in assignment cancellation.
