Desired Skills & Qualifications: Masters degree in Speech‑Language Pathology from an accredited program Active state licensure as an SLP in Illinois Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required Prior experience in a school‑based or pediatric setting is preferred Strong collaboration and communication skills with teachers, staff, families, and students Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive environment for students of all abilities Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and evaluations Develop and implement personalized intervention plans aligned with student needs Collaborate with educators and other specialists to support student success Participate in IEP meetings, documenting progress and updating goals as needed Provide therapy sessions individually or in small groups in accordance with IEPs Offer consultation and resources to families and team members Maintain accurate, timely records in compliance with school and state standards This role is full‑time and conducted onsite, offering the chance to truly integrate into your school community.
