We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler to join our growing team and play a critical role in coordinating service calls and ensuring our technicians are set up for success.

Position Overview:
The Commercial Kitchen Equipment Scheduler will be responsible for scheduling, dispatching, and coordinating service technicians for equipment repairs and maintenance. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and dispatch service technicians to customer locations for equipment repairs, maintenance, and installations.
• Communicate with customers to confirm service requests, availability, and timelines.
• Prioritize and adjust schedules based on urgency, technician availability, and customer needs.
• Coordinate with the parts department to ensure required materials are available before dispatching technicians.
• Monitor technician progress and update schedules as needed throughout the day.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, technician assignments, and customer communication.
• Provide excellent customer service and act as the main point of contact for scheduling inquiries.
• Support the billing and administrative team with accurate documentation of completed jobs.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or customer service (service industry preferred).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with scheduling or service management software.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or education in office administration or business is a plus.
