Primary Care Key Responsibilities:

Manage approximately 12-20 patients daily in an outpatient environment.
Standard working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, with no on-call duties .
This position is not remote; it is eligible for on-site telehealth only (virtual visits via video and telephone).
Available locations include Lafayette, Leesville, and Natchitoches, LA.
Enjoy designated administrative time.
Access to Clinical Pharmacists and Clinical Psychologists at each site.
Potential eligibility for the Education Debt Reduction Program (up to $200,000 over five years).

What We Offer:

Competitive Salary: Ranges from $230,000 to $265,000.
Generous Paid Time Off: 50-55 days annually, which includes 26 days of annual leave, 13 days of sick leave, and 11 paid Federal holidays.
Retirement Benefits: Traditional federal pension (with a 5-year vesting period) and a federal 401K with contributions of up to 5% from the organization.
Comprehensive Insurance: Federal health, vision, dental, term life, and long-term care insurance, with many plans extending into retirement.
Flexibility: No restrictive physician employment contract.
Professional Development: Up to 5 days of paid leave for professional growth and reimbursement of $1,000 per year.
Malpractice Coverage: Liability protection with tail coverage included.

Preferred Experience:

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine.
Must be a U.S. Citizen; non-citizen applicants may be considered if no qualified U.S. Citizen is available.
Possess a current, full, active, and unrestricted medical or surgical license in any U.S. State, Territory, or Commonwealth, including the District of Columbia.
