• 7 on/7 off -- 8 am - 5 pm with evening and weekend call
• 9 - 10 patients per day
• 1 - 2 admits/discharges daily; busy days reach 3 - 4
• Inpatient psychiatric unit
• Mixed acuity adult psychiatry
• Experience with involuntary commitment processes required
• Leads multidisciplinary treatment team
• Average patient length of stay: 3 - 4 days
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
