About the Role:
Jai Ambe II LLC, Staybridge Suites in Summerville, SC is looking for a detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our hospitality team! This is a great opportunity to take ownership of overnight operations and play a key role in delivering an exceptional guest experience. If you thrive in a calm, independent work environment and have a knack for numbers, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Perform nightly audit of hotel financial transactions and reconcile daily accounts
Manage front desk operations during overnight shift, including guest check-ins and check-outs
Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries, requests, and concerns
Balance cash drawers and prepare end-of-day financial reports
Monitor and maintain the security and safety of the property overnight
Process reservations, cancellations, and room assignments using property management software
Prepare and distribute daily reports for management review
Requirements:
Previous hotel front desk or night audit experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and basic accounting/math skills
Ability to work independently during overnight shifts with minimal supervision
Proficiency with property management systems (PMS) a plus
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
High school diploma or equivalent required
