IT Support Technician

Salary: $140,000 - 185,000 per year Requirements:

• We prefer an associate degree, technical certification, or equivalent hands-on experience.

• We need experience supporting Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365 services.
• We need experience with common hardware and networking equipment.

• We diagnose, research, and resolve hardware, software, and network issues using available resources.
• We identify issue trends, new or unexpected changes, and critical incidents for appropriate escalation and handling.
• We deliver best-in-class support with a customer-obsessed approach.
• We review documented fixes for accuracy and provide feedback when needed.
• We support a wide range of end users, including software engineers, financial associates, and executives.
• We participate in new technology rollouts and pilot programs and share feedback.
• We document, track, and record all interactions in the relevant ticketing system.
• We provide break-fix support and request fulfillment for our internal users across multiple technology platforms and applications.
