Mental Health Clinician

Healing Connections Counseling Group PLLC Mental Health Clinician Location: Concord, NH (Hybrid remote). Position: In‑Office Outpatient Therapist, full‑time with two evenings per week. Healing Connections Counseling Group is seeking compassionate and highly skilled licensed mental health professionals (LICSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) to provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adult clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct individual, group, and family psychotherapy sessions with clients in the Concord, NH office. Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation in the practice’s systems. Participate in supervision by licensed supervisor (LICSW) and collaborate with the clinical team. Engage in ongoing clinical development and quality improvement initiatives. Utilize telehealth technology for outpatient care when appropriate. Qualifications Independent clinical license in New Hampshire (LICSW, LPC, LMHC, LMFT) or a Master’s level licensed mental health professional. Exceptional clinical and communication skills with a patient‑centered approach. Availability to work a full‑time caseload (~25 sessions per week). Proficiency in clinical documentation and administrative processes. Team‑player mindset and ability to contribute to a supportive work culture. Openness to constructive feedback and commitment to continued growth. Familiarity with telehealth technology and clinical best practices.
