What You'll Do Manage all daily residential operations, including intake, supervision, events, transportation, food service, medications, and more. Train and support the BHT team in all operational responsibilities. Escalate any concerns or crises to the Lead Behavioral Health Technician. Oversee client engagement and morale, maintaining a warm and positive recovery environment. Ensure client and BHT compliance with all Avenues rules, policies, and procedures. What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred. Valid driver's license and CPR certification preferred. Minimum one‑year period of sustained sobriety if in recovery. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills. Warm, empathetic personality with the ability to set firm boundaries. Dignified, honest character that models recovery principles.
