Clinical Pharmacist Position Details Facility: Mease Countryside Hospital Location: Safety Harbor, FL Status: Full time, exempt Shift: Variable / 8-12hr shifts Weekend Work: Occasional On Call: No Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities The clinical pharmacist shall support the mission of the hospital and pharmacy department by preventing, identifying and resolving drug related problems to assure patient safety improve patient satisfaction and minimize costs. Certifications And Licensure Required : Pharmacist – State of FL Preferred : Completion of ASHP Accredited PGY1 Pharmacy Residency Requirements Required : Bachelor’s Degree Preferred : PharmD, Acute Care Experience BayCare is all about making the most of your life and loving your career.
