Experience Required: 5+ Years Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Test Engineer to support production testing, troubleshooting, and manufacturing operations within a high-volume electronics environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electronic hardware testing, production support, failure analysis, and customer interaction. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical problem-solving abilities, and the capability to develop and maintain standard operating procedures and work instructions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform production testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of electronic products and assemblies.
• Support manufacturing operations by resolving test-related issues on the production floor.
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and implement corrective actions to improve product quality and yield.
• Develop, maintain, and update test procedures, SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality, engineering, and customers.
• Interface directly with customers to address technical concerns and provide support.
• Analyze test data and recommend process improvements.
• Support validation and optimization of test equipment, fixtures, and processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of Test Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong experience in production testing and troubleshooting of electronic hardware.
• Experience with failure analysis, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Hands-on experience developing SOPs, work instructions, and technical documentation.
• Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.

Benefits Pay: $33-36/hr on w2 Benefits: Eligible employees may have access to benefits offered by Intellectt Inc. in accordance with the applicable benefit plans and eligibility requirements.
