Electrical Panel Builder1st Shift: 6:00am - 4:00pmPay: $25-29/hourAbout the Role:We are seeking an Industrial Electrician to build, wire, and troubleshoot industrial control systems in a manufacturing environment. This role involves reading electrical schematics, assembling control panels, and ensuring equipment operates safely and efficiently. Schedule is primarily Monday–Thursday, 6:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m., with Friday overtime as needed.Responsibilities:Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and engineering drawings.Assemble, wire, and install control panels and electrical components.Mount hardware, route wiring, and complete electrical connections.Inspect completed work and perform quality and safety checks.Troubleshoot electrical controls, circuits, and components.Work with low-voltage systems, VFDs, and PLCs.Use hand and cordless tools safely and effectively.Work independently and follow team leadership instructions.Support production needs, including overtime when required.Requirements:Experience as an Industrial Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial setting.Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.Experience with control panel assembly and wiring.Knowledge of low-voltage wiring, VFDs, and PLCs.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Basic computer skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Willingness to work overtime as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Control panel building experience.Advanced troubleshooting skills.Strong knowledge of VFDs and PLCs.Experience with diagnostics and technical documentation.Job Type & Location:This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Winston Salem, NC.Pay and Benefits:The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $29.00/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
